GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
This agreement ( "Agreement") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of the Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005, n. 206 ( "Consumer Code").
The Contract for the sale of goods between I 3 srl and consumer ( "Customer").
The Contract is entered directly through the acceptance by I 3 srl a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet,
following the invitation to offer in www.wehairprofessional.com web site (the " Site ") and / or through other systems
of distance selling of I 3 srl , based on the methods described in Article 3 below.
These General Terms and Conditions ( "Terms") and, in particular, the information referred
to in Article. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by I 3 srl remain valid and
effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by I 3 srl. Changes and / or
additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date that will be communicated to the
public and will apply to sales made after that date.
The latest updated version of the General Conditions is available on the Site.
PRICES
The selling prices of the products shown on the Site and / or through any other sales systems away
I 3 srl are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes.
Delivery costs are communicated to / from the Site and / or through any other means of distance selling
of I 3 srl and, in the case of telephone orders, Customer operator repeated commissioned by I 3 srl.
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
In the case of purchase proposals submitted through the website the customer will receive from I 3 srl an e-mail summary, which will be informed that their offer is being processed and will be deemed accepted, unless arranged otherwise email or telephone broadcast by I 3 srl within 3
(three) calendar days of receipt of the email summary. Upon expiry of this period, the Contract via internet is to be intended confirmed.
The customer will be allowed to choose one of the following methods of payment:
- payment via Paypal.
- bank transfer (Request authorization - assistenza@wehairprofessional.com )
- Postepay (Request authorization - assistenza@wehairprofessional.com )
- Payment by credit card
- any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid by I 3 srl on the Site.
PACKING METHOD AND PRODUCT DELIVERY
The packaging of the goods ordered through the Website is made directly by Packaging Area of
I 3 srl at headquarters.
I 3 srl guarantees 100% integrity, the complete sealing and the unique reference (tracking) of the package.
I 3 delivers the product/s, within few ours after order, to a person responsible for shipment company (selected company will be communicated to client) and this will be communicated by email to customer with related tracking number.
Products will be delivered according timing and way (depending from selected shipment company) defined during online purchase.

The customer is informed and aware of these terms which may vary depending on the type
of the order made (weight, size variables for the packaging of the goods).
SHIPPING COST
The cost of shipping is as follows:
• ITALIA = EURO 10,00 (VAT included COMPRESA) - SUPPLEMENTO ‘CONTRASSEGNO’ cash Euro 3,00 (VAT Included) – FREE TRANSPORT for order superior than 100 euros (VAt included).
• EUROPE = To be quoted after receiving order
• EXTRA EUROPA = To be quoted after receiving order
CLAIMS
Any claim, however, may be submitted: - in writing to I 3 srl at headquarters or via e-mail at assistenza@wehairprofessional.com
The company I 3 srl is available for the customer, to take care of possible problems incurred during
the order and fulfillment of the same. Anyway, I 3 srl not be liable for any errors and / or loss which are attributable to the Company selected for shipment.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
I 3 srl accepts customer orders for the quantity required of existing products in
stock.
Therefore, acceptance by I 3 srl of the purchase made by the Customer is subject
to stock availability of the products.
I 3 srl is committed to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen breakdown in
stocks due to excess demand or other causes.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer represents and warrants:
- to be a consumer in accordance with art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
- to be of the age of 18 or more;
- that the data supplied by the same for implementation of the Agreement are true and correct.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving a reason
within 3 days from receipt of goods.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, within that period, by sending an e-mail to the
e-mail assistenza@wehairprofessional.com
or by envelope with a written notice sent to the legal seat of
I 3 srl (with return receipt).
The Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products in the whole, without causing them defect which would prevent the sale, to the address indicated on the invoice, following the instructions therein given, within three days of receipt of goods.
The product return costs are borne by the customer, as indicated above under ''shipment cost''.
I 3 srl will return the payment within 3 days of receipt of goods by the customer:
- the entire amount paid by you in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and
functions;
- the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the customer who has consumed the product appreciably which significantly diminishes the value.
WARRANTY
For products purchased by the customer are applicable to I 3 srl the rules on guarantees and
assistance regarding the sale of consumer goods.
OF JURISDICTION
The Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the application, execution,
interpretation and breach of contract will be the responsibility of the Avellino Forum.
